365 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Taste, budget and needs can change anytime. People will always continue to search for the ultimate pleasure in making music themselves. Buying or leasing the right instrument is often a difficult and possibly expensive choice, especially for a starter. We'd like us to make that choice easier for You.
You can choose the instrument that fits your taste and budget. If this choice would not be the right one, this instrument can be traded in for a more expensive one (at least one euro more expensive and within the same instrument group (piano/guitar/drums/saxophone...) . You can decide this during the first 365 days. This service is also for secondhand or returned instruments.
The instrument that you would return may be used but not damaged. This "upgrade" can be done maximum two times.
If you no longer need the instrument for whatever reason, simply return it to the shop (in a normal but may be used condition) and you will be refunded 80% in cash. At hat moment (maximum 365 days) you "rented" the instrument at a very reasonable price...
