The Fender Johnny Marr Jaguar® is a distinctive take on the classic Jaguar, developed in close collaboration with legendary guitarist and songwriter Johnny Marr. Based on his carefully modified 1965 Jaguar, this model combines vintage Fender character with a range of thoughtful upgrades designed for exceptional versatility, stability, and performance.

At the heart of the guitar are two custom-wound Bare Knuckle® Johnny Marr single-coil pickups, delivering outstanding clarity, articulation, and dynamic response. The exclusive four-position blade switch offers traditional Jaguar sounds along with a series wiring option that provides increased output and a thicker, more powerful tone.

Two upper-horn slide switches add further tonal flexibility through low-end roll-off circuits. These allow either the entire signal or only the fourth pickup-switch position to be brightened, making the guitar ideal for layered textures, intricate chord work, and cutting lead tones.

The maple neck is based directly on Marr's original 1965 Jaguar and features a custom profile for exceptional comfort. A 7.25" radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 vintage-style frets delivers an authentic vintage Fender playing experience.

For enhanced tuning stability, the bridge has been upgraded with Mustang® saddles, nylon post inserts, and a chrome cover. The vintage-style floating tremolo system includes a taller tremolo arm with a nylon sleeve insert that keeps the arm exactly where you place it during performance.

Finished in stunning Metallic KO nitrocellulose lacquer, this guitar will naturally age and develop a unique character that reflects years of playing and personal expression.
