The Andreas Eastman Series+ VL405+ combines the warmth and character of a fine acoustic violin with the convenience and flexibility of an integrated pickup system. Designed for both classical musicians and contemporary performers, it offers a seamless transition from acoustic performance to amplified applications on stage or in the studio.

Finished with an antiqued spirit varnish inspired by the renowned varnish formulas of the historic violin-making workshops of Markneukirchen, Germany, the VL405+ captures both the appearance and tonal richness associated with old-world instruments. This carefully developed finish enhances the instrument's visual elegance while supporting its natural resonance.

The solid spruce top and maple back and ribs provide a balanced tonal foundation with warmth, projection, and clarity. Genuine hand-inlaid purfling and premium craftsmanship further reflect the high standards of the Andreas Eastman workshop.

The innovative Series+ pickup system is embedded directly into the spruce top before the varnishing process, allowing amplification without altering the bridge or compromising the violin's natural acoustic response. A proprietary 3.5 mm output jack is discreetly integrated into the end button, remaining virtually invisible during performance.

Each Series+ VL405+ includes a lightweight low-profile 10-foot cable with a 3.5 mm to 1/4" connection, providing an easy and comfortable link to amplifiers, audio interfaces, or live sound systems.
